I won't deny that Sharpton's audience is the McDonald's audience. But the segment of whites who listen to Rush are certainly the Rush element. You don't know how many times I've been at a local McDonald's in Florida and seen anti-Obama stickers on a truck or noticed Fox News on the television.I wish I could remember the name of the place now, but there was a chicken joint where we stopped to get dinner in Tennessee on our drive back from Alabama, and I could tell you about the young (and fairly hot) blond girl proudly displaying her rebel flag t-shirt. I guess that's the chicken shack element... |
