If I were to accept your numbers, if we produced just 3,000,000 barrels a day that would reduce our foreign oil dependence by 1/3. If we produced 5,000,000 then it would be cut by more than 1/2.Yeah with 3% of the world's oil reserves and 20% of consumption, I'm sure that will happen sometime next year. |
