Boy someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning....No seriously, I can't stand evangelists either, I hate when Jehovah's Witness comes to my door, etc. And they are quite sorry they ever came near the house when they do. f Christians want to use and refer to the Old Testament to fit their beliefs, be my guest, its a free country. I will even support your right to do so. I happen to enjoy the Christmas season, as people seem to be more cheerful and I appreciate the pageantry and the lights and the songs. Hell, my brother I and watched every Christmas TV cartoon growing up [my favorites were The Year Without a Santa Claus and A Charlie Brown Christmas]. Almost none of those cartoons are religious... And for the record, many of the famous "Christmas" songs were written by Jews... White Christmas Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Silver Bells Your a Mean One Mr Grinch Sleigh Ride Santa Baby I'll Be Home for Christmas Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire Let It Snow ALL Written by Jews. It's only in today's politically correct climate that anything "Christmas" (the secular part) is taboo. |
