Similar to "music calms the savage beast" TV keeps convicts occupied and probably save the taxpayer money in the long run over hiring additional staff. The size of the TV is so that a few dozen prisoners can watch at same time.Any convict in high security prison can purchase a small TV for personal use from the commissary. your pal, Fred |
