So much lack of understanding so little reading comprehension. Let’s try and simplify this so you possibly can read to the end before the Alzheimer’s kicks in:—So none of the facilities were paid for by the state and the fees are all paid for by the students or their parents? I teach in the Werblin Recreation Center, named after Sonny Werblin. Look him up. But, yes, what I do is not funded by the state, but by students (and parents, and loans, and donations). —And yes, my very generous pension and my equally generous medical coverage, to some extent, is paid for by the taxpayers. Knowing that it sticks in your craw makes it all the sweeter. No. Lucky you. All the best. Enjoy your (seemingly) miserable life as long as you can. What I’m complaining about is that you are perfectly happy to accept the taxpayer subsidy of your retirement, while trying to deny it to others no less worthy than yourself. |
