Dude, I have been up since 5 this morning, had business appointments for most of the day in Manhattan, and it's a Friday night, and was just about to step out the door. Do you really think I had time to read every post on Subchat with a day like that? Geesh.In any event, to comment now that I have seen it, here's what you FAILED to say about your photo: PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (June 25, 2008) The Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force submarine JS Narushio (SS 595) arrives at Naval Station Pearl Harbor for Rim of the Pacific exercise (RIMPAC) 2008. RIMPAC is the world's largest multinational exercise and is scheduled biennially by the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Participants include the United States, Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, the Netherlands, Peru, Republic of Korea, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Paul D. Honnick (Released) So fail. That is NOT a photo of a Japanese flag flying over Pearl Harbor, it's a photo of a submarine participating in the world's largest multinational exercise. Japan can freely participate in that exercise, a nation we are at peace with for better of 50 years. I may add that the war was 70 years ago, and we have had good relations with japan for at least 50. 911 is just about 10 years now, and we are still at war with the orchestrators of that horror. Too bad your little attempt failed. |
