I never had a weight problem, but about 10 years ago I switched to only diet soda too (when I still drank soda regularly), and for about 2 years that's all I drank if I had soda. You get used to the taste. But then one day all of a sudden I said, this tastes like crap, and went back to normal soda.....before stopping soda all together. |
