I stopped soda completely, I did drink diet for a while, as mentioned, but now don't really drink it at all. Occasionally I'll have a Coke at a diner or some other restaurant if I don't order an alcoholic beverage. I usually drink iced teas, gatorade, or just water if I am thirsty and buy a drink at a store. |
