But how do you know that?And, no, Obama couldn’t just ask for a long-form birth certificate and get one. This was a special deal, and required a waiver from Hawaii’s Director of Health. See the correspondence. I wonder if a factor may well have been the disruption to Hawaii State Department of Health personnel and departmental resources. |
