Again, as I said in an earlier post, Obama DID release his birth certificate at the beginning of his campaign--that is the same "short form" birth document you'd get if you lived in Hawaii. Normally, the "long form" is represented by the "short form", and as both are equal in the eyes of the law, there should have been no want or need to release the "long form". The Hawaii DOH did not send out the "long form"--they gave the White House a stamped, certified copy, which is within the bounds of Hawaii law.Obama didn't put his "long form" out there because he had already furnished the election Board with the "short form", which, obviously, was acceptable to them. Obama didn't "lie" or "make excuses" for not releasing his "long form"--with his previous release of the "short form", bringing out his "long form" never should have been necessary. |
