I know you're a little dense, so I will say it again. "Diversity" and "tolerance" are vague concepts whose definitions differ from person to person. It's not right to force a parent to allow their kids to be taught something they personally disagree with. That's why I usually oppose teaching kids any of this "tolerance" stuff, to avoid the conflicts. Teach them what they really need to know, like math and science. Leave the moralizing to the appropriate people. |
