One of my favorites along with dozens of different and interesting dumplings, both steamed and fried. Here in town, we're fortunate to have a family that came here directly from Szechuan province. They'll make the usual crap people expect from a "Chinese takeout" but if you're willing to live precariously and let them surprise you, HOLY SHEET! GREAT stuff! :)
