If you compare apples with apples, Italian cuisine is as bad/good for you as any cuisine you've mentioned. Fatty meats are fatty meats; including dairy products like cheese in any recipe raises the fat content significantly. Don't get me started on desserts! Conversely, healthier dishes like simple seafood plates, salads, etc. exist in all the cuisines you've mentioned. When you really explore western cuisine, you'll find they're all about same in terms of health. Asian cuisine, in terms of fat content, could be viewed as healthier overall, and is probably a more apt comparison. But don't try to tell me that a slice of Genoa is healthier than a slice of Cervalat.
