There is a greater mentality of moderation.In Italy on weekdays, breakfasts are small, lunches tend to be modest and only with dinner does one truly feast. In America we sicken ourselves to an early death on all three meals. I rarely eat breakfast to this day even though American breakfasts are unparalled in tastiness and bliss. |
