My sister-in-law had a tenant that moved into her house and never paid any rent. Due to the tenant knowing how to scam the system and California making it impossible to quickly evict anyone that doesn't want to be evicted she ended up living there for maybe 9 months and never paid rent. My sister-in-law lost her house because of it. I would have called the cops to help her out had I known. |
