Isn't Medicare D a payoff to big pharma from the republicans to begin with?Is Boner going to use to money to close the donut hole? After all, it will be back full force should he actually manage to repeal HCR. Is that what the average American wants? What about the rest of the HCR provisions already in effect? What about those on the new insurance for pre-existing conditions? Kids under 16? What about the provisions that stop insurers from being death panels through recissions and denial of claims? |
