And I don't know where he threw Middle Eastern and Greek food in with it, as those two are in fact healthier. Middle Eastern lacks a lot of the meats other nationalities have so popular, and it also uses rice instead of pasta, and doesn't have all that cheese and sausage.Greek food is more like Middle Eastern, but perhaps a little step down in healthiness, but not nearly as bad as Italian. And I love Italian food, this is not a knock on it at all, but to pretend all that pasta, sausage, ricotta mozzarella and heavy tomato sauce, etc is healthy is a lie. |
