I don't seem to agree with anything that you post.I wouldn't stop the mosque because I'm not ready to sacrifice freedom to defeat extremism, but most people around the world will see a completely different symbolism than you. They'll see the one intended. The mosque is being built to show that Islam is making headway in the US as a result of 9/11. That's not true of course, but that's what this mosque is supposed to represent. |
