Blocking the street to go buy donuts isn't a crime. Blocking the street to to put up garage sale signs isn't a crime. But blocking the street to hire someone looking for work is? How can they make a no standing law for only one activity? I don't know if it's unconstitutional, but it certainly is arbitrary. They're concerned about only one particular type of traffic congestion. |
