What is with this intense regulation nowadays?! There is plenty of information available for the saltiness of various dishes so that consumers can make informed decisions.It's one thing to provide incentives (money!!!!) for companies to look for ways to lower the sodium, but to regulate it?! The costs to enforce this, as was stated beforehand, would be astronimical. Consumers will notice this and the complaints will soar. Gosh, this is worse than the local trans-fats debacle... |
