First, the term "manic depressive" has long been discarded by the psychiatric community. People with mood disorders often do not experience mania or depressive episodes. The better term is "bipolar".Second, that's an excuse. This guy is deranged. If he had done that to my kid, he'd spend the rest of the day wearing that key where the sun don't shine. |
