Police in Columbus, Ohio, say that a 68-year-old man has admitted that he struck children in the head with a key protruding from his fist as he roamed the aisles of a Walmart. Why did he do it? The thrill, he said. According to investigators, Ralph Conone told said it was exciting to hit the children while their parents were nearby. According to his public defender, Conone is manic depressive, the Associated Press reported. |
