Being and/or running as a centrist is very different than going to Washington and being expected and/or demanded to vote in a lockstep bloc that's just to the right of the Taliban. Scott Brown has no power. He cannot do much more than talk his mind to the camera, but must vote according to the will of his caucus' keepers. Those guys are NOT moderates. |
