I know exactly what you're talking about with the honking horns too. It's a macho thing. A Nissan with tinted windows, blue lights, loud music, and louder muffler, pulls up and starts honking the horn instead of using a cell phone. Why do your male Hispanic neighbors do that? Attention. Cred. They want people to look at them, so they don't use the cell or text.Could be. After all who doesn't have a cell phone anymore? |
