I'm not saying that you care what race, religion, etc your neighbors are, but I do remember that you were cool with profiling individuals (regardless of race).I stated that it's situational. If it's a mostly black neighborhood and a white guy in a nice car is parking after hours with the engine idling, I think that the police should talk to him. That's a better use of police resources than just pulling over every 3rd car. Given that how could you not know that - in general but not always - neighborhoods with more black residents have more crime? Spending a lot of money on real estate, you don't go with usually - you go with the best indicator that you can get. Several people I know made huge increases in net worth by moving to Harlem and they weren't black or hispanic. |
