Yet bus ridership continues to spiral down.The subway extension is more than possible it's very probable because we will have the money to build it from Measure R. The question is whether we get new starts money and start construction of both Phases 1 and 2 in 2013 or we don't and Phase 1 starts in 2015 and Phase 2 in 2020. |
