I eat Trader Joe's O's, with Trader Joe's 2% milk, almonds, and raisins. For lunch, it's skim mozzarella on whole grain bread to make a grilled cheese sandwich, with a side salad.Dinner is 2 servings of pasta with grilled peppers. Or something like that. Anyone can afford this. You should go to Trader Joe's on Woodhaven and Metropolitan. The prices are great, and it's no more than 2 miles from your home. Walking costs nothing. The Florida lifestyle fucking sucks for me. |
