Also keep in mind that frozen fruits and veggies are cheaper and more nutritious.If I don't eat fresh, frozen is acceptable. I won't touch canned vegetables. The only canned vegetable I can eat is perhaps corn, and perhaps some beans like kidney beans, garbanzo beans, etc. othersise I wouldn't even eat other canned vegetables, as they have no taste. String beans in a can are horrible, as are most other canned vegetables. |
