The real question is why, when other terrorists are being tried via military tribunals, why is holder so determined to try these terrorists in a civilian court? Answer, because Holder wants to make Bush, Cheney, CIA and Waterboarding and not the 9/11 attacks, the realissue. If he loses the case. He can then blame the policies of Bush, Cheney, CIA and Waterboarding. Get it?
