If they were Mirandised at Gitmo,or anywhere along the way between there and here,they are entitled to a civilian trial. POWs do not get Miranda rights. Since they aren't POWs (they'd have to be members of a standing combatant army to be so) they are foreigners under arrest by the US law enforcement.Question is, were they Martinized? If so, was it one-hour or three-hour? |
