The Miranda warning is not given to POWs during a war. Geneva Convention rules apply there.Therefore they are not POWs. Even bush knew that. Sheesh. It's not spelled 'Merandized' either. Substituting 's' for 'z' was completely acceptable throughout college. I usually default-use the 's' when I'm not sure and don't feel I want/need/care to check the spelling. This is not a dissertation. |
