You are right about the GOP being in total disarray.The Bush Neocons ruined the principles of the GOP and McCain was a poor choice.They have to get back to basics and re-group during the next four years

Agreed. The country needs two viable parties.

I don't agree with you about the underlying racial animosity.

It's a strong feature within the people in their base that vote against their economic interests. I'm not including other conservatives like economic ans civil libertarians.

How about 98% of blacks voting for Obama.

90%+ of blacks vote Democrat anyway. Obama added an extra 3-4% points. A Condelezza candidacy against a white Democrat would have subtracted 4-8% points.
