I also of the "don't send it back" thing too, as you KNOW that well done steak you ordered but came to the table rare has plenty of "extras" in it when it comes back to you..... And probably even more so in the "good" restaurants than the cheaper restaurants...Most cooks offend easily... Not to mention being nasty to the waitress....you don't mess with people that handle your food.... |
