When ever I go to a McDonald's I already know what they sell and don't take on an attitude as if I'm dining at Le Cirque.This is true. It was a mistake for those chains to go into the customization routine for what's basically factory food. But since they do offer that, they should do it with a smile. your pal, Fred |
