Listen, anytime you have a serious beef, you don't call those complaint hotlines because more often than not that complaint is totally disregarded. But if you write a letter directly to the president of the company, you'll see corrective action nearly every time.In this case one wouldn't complain about the 50 cents, but one should definitely complain about the contempt that the employee showed the customer. |
