Sounds like your complaint was too complicated for her math ability, and her way of coping was just to treat you like some kind of chiseler.I'm sure if someone at McD HQ actually listens to your complaint, they will respond nicely. What they will really be thinking, of course, is "If we insisted on managers who understand basic arithmetic, we'd have to pay them more, and then we'd have to raise prices, and then we'd lose market share, so that's obviously not a winning solution." |
