I have been to Denny's out of state, but yes, you are right, no Waffle House either (but I never even tried one of them).A good real diner is usually the best anyway, so you are right, it's no big loss. I remember a place in Vermont I used to go to...had the best breakfast and burgers. YOu know the type of place, the place "the locals" would go to, where on the counter service would be a whole line of farmer types with their butt cracks showing, lol.... "Greasy spoon" describes it, but damn was it good. |
