Well, of course, she said and did that before she became a judge. She left the Board of LaRaza when she was first appointed to the bench.I don't think a goal of helping Latinos in your personal life is inconsistent with impartial judgment on the court. What about Thurgood Marshall?- he dedicated his whole pre-court career to helping out black people. |
