Hmmm...I'll go out on a limb here...if the kids were the ones who decided what music to play, the "spanish" music would be dropped pdq. I think it's like, the older generation, basically, insisting on that format you described. Bastards don't wanna give up the ghosts of the "old country". Well, tuff shit...their children already did and there's nothing they can do about it in the long run. |
