Indeed, Germany is one of the dominant soccer powers and has zero black players.Italy won the 2006 World Cup with no black players. In the final they defeated France, which had a number of black players, perhaps even a majority. As I noted earlier, there are some sports where race has an effect on performance, such as football, basketball, and (the most extreme example) marathon running. But soccer isn't among them.
