However...if Reid decides to take his chances with the federal courts to back him up, I see Anthony Kennedy going along for this case, which means a 5-4 ruling declaring Obama's former seat vacant until 2010.Burris is going to get seated after he goes through a few more hoops. All the Democrats want him to be seated; they just don't want it to look like they're allowing corruption to win out.
