Not really a scandal, and not fraud, either. The tickets have always had a disclaimer on them about this, and the available prizes are listed on the lottery web site. Previously, you would have had to write a letter to the lottery; but I recall the Daily News rand a column every so often with a list of the prizes left from certain New York lottery games. |
