I thought Ensenada was comparatively ritzy - but I've never been there, so dunno myself.The last time I was in Tijuana with a friend, the first thing I heard upon passing through the turnstiles into Mexico was the cab driver yelling to me in English: "Hey, you want me to take you to see the girls? You wanna get some action?" |
