A little work on "worker's comp" and "labor department" might make a crimp in that - New York has the *FINEST* corporate laws in the nation - a literal license to print money and nothing much can happen to you. It's INSURANCE (and the causes behind it) along with the politicians ALWAYS looking for yet ANOTHER shakedown that have New York in the toilet as far as that goes.

And the OTHER killer is ENERGY costs ...

But a corporation with a SERIOUS intent to do busines can find no better legal protection than being a NEW YORK corporation. Only problem is we don't require those corporations to RESIDE here. If only our lawgivers pulled that *ONE* number, problem SOLVED! :(
