Years and years of watching an MSM or attending a college in which leftist principles go unchallenged. OTOH, conservatives have to learn to argue their positions well to shield themselves from said institutions who will pounce on the slightest hypocricy once it's presented. It's why conservatives sound smarter (well, just one reason anyway). The arrogance and the hypocricy of the left are probably the two greatest reasons I converted to conservatism 14-15 years ago. |
