The assumptions that blacks only ride buses and buses carry only blacks are ludicrous.I have no opinion on the conspiracy theory. But in the 1940s the assumption that the vast majority of blacks could only get to the beach via public transportation (thus bus where there was no railroad) was not in the least ludicrous. |
