I have 8 cops, Comissoner Kelly's secritary, one lawyer, and the friken mayor-elect of chappaqua, NY. I know what leggel rights mr white had to his disposal. I just wrote a post to the guys at transitspot in ther automovtie section on your rights when you get your car towed for a parking violation by a private contractor.Mr. white had no legel right to have a gun, let alone two. In NYS, your require to have a permit to own one. None of the young men entered Mr. white's house, the actual building. Outside, he had no right to shoot. All he had to do was call 911. the young men would have been arrested, the kid would be alive, and mr. white wouldn't be looking at 15 years in Sing Sing. but no, he had to go and be macho. he had somthing to prove. the moment he left his house, he was wrong. umong other things, they were outnumber, not even a good shooter could deal with the odds white I'm not being racist. I'm folloing the law. New York regulates the usseage of wepons. Illegel possetion of a firearm in altest the city of New York carries an automatic 3 year senentence upon conviction here, you know that. if you are cought with a gun your not supposed to have, kiss the next 36 months of your life good by. Chris is right. whites discriminate against each other, and they do it often. I'm Irish two (well, a little over 1/2 Irish. I'm also germen, french, Slovianian and posiably Italian). But to add to that, my father's bloodline (which is pure Irish) is of the clan Ó hEidhin. We were the local rulers of an area called Uí Fhiachrach Aidhne in current County Galway from the 11th to 17th centuries. (long story short, I'm minor Irish noblity) The British just moved in and took over under Oliver Cromwell. Treated my ansestors like dirt for at least 300 years. we went from a powerful clan to nothing becuase we stuck, not only to being Irish, but with the Catholic Church. The famine in the 1800s, wasn't the whole Potatto crop, but what we were growing for ourselves. The brittish took what was good for home with them and left us starving. I've even heard of black discriminating over the shade of black thier skin is. |
