He had no fucking right to even have that gun!we're not missinformed and we're no bigots. we're in the right and you are wrong. John white could have only used the gun in defense IF they had entered his house itself. they could have been standing on his door setp, but unless they cross the treashold into the building itself, which they never did, he could not have used his gun. I'm not basing my thoughts on his skin color. i'm basing them on facts as stated in the law of New York. all he had to do was lock the door and call 911. |
