However, I do feel the penalty for Mr White is out of line considering he was both outnumbered and they were on his propertyHow about considering his not calling the police as soon as he saw them, and his brandishing an illegal gun, which he claimed went off "accidentally"? Max for second degree manslaughter is 15 years. |
