Texas Penal Code allows use of deadly force to stop a robbery. Do a little research on it. That's why Horn wasn't arrested.If you think the fact that these violent criminals were Hispanic, the Hispanic community isn't feeling it like you are. They're tired, like everyone else, of these break-ins. |
